Outstaffing in Armenia
One of the key business directions of the “Women and Youth Development and Support Center” is outstaffing, which is relevantly new idea in Armenia.
Outstaffing is the employment of one staff into another, already existing and working company’s personnel. If a Company due to some reasons is not represented in another country but wants to have employees, we may help to solve this problem with the help of our Outstaffing services. It is a procedure during which employees are officially itemized as the consultant’s employees, and work for a Client under service provision agreement. By Outstaffing the rights and obligations of the employer are transferred to job consultant. The consultant is responsible for labor agreements, documents' keeping, payroll and payment, as well as for the tax liability payments in accordance with the current legislation of the appropriate country.
